해리가 샐리를 만났을 때 (When Harry Met Sally..., 1989)



명작 해리가 샐리를 만났을 때,

해리가 샐리를 만나는 매순간을 그린영화다.

로맨틱코미디라고 하는데 코미디는 잘 모르겠지만 정말 로맨틱이다.

특히나 젊은 시절의 매력적인 맥라이언을 만난다는 것은 천녀유혼 당시의 왕조현을 보는 것 만큼이나

흐뭇한 일이다.

영화는 89년 작품인데 89년 작품의 사랑이나 2006년의 사랑을 비교해보니

사랑하는 방법이나 사랑이라는 것은 하나도 변한것은 없는 것 같다.

나는 이 영화가 이런 교훈을 주는것 같았다.

"역시 남녀사이는 친구가 될수 없다."

해리가 남녀사이가 친구가 될수 없는 이유는 영화 초반에 줄기차게 신나게 설명하는데

그들의 세번째 만남에서 친구가 되었다지만 결국 사랑으로 변해버렸다.

영화감상평을 쓰는데 여기서 또 남녀사이에 친구가 될수 있는가 라는 포스팅으로 삼천포로 빠져버리는 것 같으니

sally : What?

harry : I love you.

sally : How do you expect me to respond to this?

harry : How about you love me, too?

sally : How about "I'm leaving."

harry : Doesn't what I said mean anything to you?

sally :I'm sorry, Harry. I know it's New Year's Eve, I know you're feeling lonely,
but you just can't show up here, tell me you love me, and expect that makes everything all right.
It doesn't work this way.

harry : Well, how does it work?

sally : I don't know. But not this way.

harry : How about this way?
I love that you get cold when it's 71 degrees out.
I love that it takes you an hour and a half to order a Sandwich.
I love that you get a little crinkle right there when you're looking at me like I'm nuts.
I love that after I spend the day with you I can still smell your perfume on my clothes.
And I love that you're the last person I wanna talk to before I go to sleep at night.
And it's not because I'm lonely. And it's not because it's New Year's Eve. I came here tonight
because when you realize you wanna spend the rest of your life with somebody
you want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible.

sally : You see? that is just like you, Harry. You say things like that, and you make it impossible

나는 divx를 다운받아서 봤는데 자막마다 약간의 해석차이가 존재했는데

해석마다 좀 나름 느낌이 다 틀리다.

좀 뭉뚱그려 해석해서

더운날씨에도 감기걸리는 너를 사랑해
샌드위치 주문하는데 한시간이나 걸리는 너를 사랑해
나를 바보처럼 볼때 콧등에 작은 주름이 생기는 너를 사랑해
너와 함께 하루를 보내고 내 옷에서 나는 네 향수 냄새를 사랑해

이 멘트 너무 로맨틱하다~
